Our blended family

I enjoy looking again and again at the pictures of our family.... together because life has so many different twists and turns....what you start out with isn't always what you end up with and you never know what wonderful miracle is just around the corner. Marriages, death, divorce, second chances, births, adoption, autism. The blending of so many lives together to make this family. Our God has certainly seen us through some rough, sad times and blessed us with more than we could ever dream.

Memorial Day at the Lake

Memorial Day weekend was spent at our lake house with most of our extended family. What a great time it was having all SIX of our granddaughters visiting at the same time. With our sons and their families spread from Maryland to North Georgia, it's hard sometimes to find the time when everyone can be together. This Memorial Day included three out of four sons and their wives and daughters. Son#1 and his wife and two sons had conflicting boy scout camping plans and couldn't join us this year.
